These are all the big firsts that I could think of, comment below if you want to hear more about any of these. I enjoyed writing this post, I contemplated writing up a little more on each of these firsts but I thought that I would save those stories for another post if you would like to read them! :) First Nickname— Mad dog and Pumpkin head, both of which my dad called me when I was little. Here is my little list of some of the not so nice things that were said to me since I was pregnant with Chloe (my first, at age 14) to now. This is more along the lines of a rant I suppose, hopefully will give you a little laugh :P   1. "Was it Planned?" What do you think haha No, but that doesn't mean it was a mistake. It wasn't my plan but it is God's plan. 2. "Babies raising babies" I don't really know what to say about this one, I am pretty sure that every single teen parent has had someone say this two them or heard someone say this... 3. "Do you even know who the father is?" Thanks for implying I am a whore is all I ever have to say to that one. I have also been asked if the kids have the same father, they ask like its their business. 4. "Maybe you should learn how to use condoms." This one just makes me laugh. In case you didn't already know, Dominican Republic is part of an island in the Caribbean. Part of the island is Dominican and on the other side is Haiti, know where I mean now? I have been to Dominican Republic about 10 times, it is a beautiful place, I can't wait until I visit there again. Dominican Perfume by Magdalena Maria is an etsy shop that sell Dominican/Caribbean inspired liquid and solid perfumes. The perfume that I tried is a solid one (see picture above) don't mine the finger print in it, my daughter REALLY liked it haha, so did I. Once she smeared it on herself it was a little over powering but so would any perfume if you put way too much all over yourself. The name of it was Orquidea del Caribe . I would like to be able to describe what it smelled like but I can't seem to compare it to anything I've spelt before. All I know is that I liked the  Orquidea del Caribe scent a lot. Plus look how it comes, it is in a little locket thing which is super cute!...

Above is a picture of Chloe playing with adorable printed alphabet cards from the etsy shop Freckled and Fair. The picture on these cards are super cute, take my word for it or go see for yourself! Here's the link to her shop--  Freckled and Fair There are different printables such as nursery art, invitations, milestone stickers and much more! My daughter just loves these cards, she has been playing with them none stop. They look a little bit flimsy in the picture but that is only because I printed them on regular printer paper instead of cardstock. I recommend printing on cardstock or getting them printed at place like Walmart or Staples.  The little pictures on these alphabet cards are so cute, and they are the perfect size! These cards are great for little kids just learning their letters and to practice them. Go check out the etsy shop and buy a printable from her shop, it definitely recommend it. I have been loving this little tradition I have been doing for the holidays and occasions with the kids. It will be so sweet to look back on these in a few years to see how much they have grown. Logan's foot already almost looks like it is catching up to Chloe's foot size! So far this will be the third one that I have done. Well, Valentine's day is just around the corner. I don't know about you but I don't have anything special planned. Personally, the occasion has never really been a big deal to me. That could just be because I have only ever had a valentine once before. I will be spending my evening at home, alone, which i am perfectly okay with. My day won't be spent 100% alone though, I work until noon and then i will spend the afternoon cooking a valentines supper for my family and doing crafts with the kiddos. Once they are in bed though, it'll be just me. See above for exactly how my night will be going down, it looks pretty good to me! First of all, I want to say that all opinions about this product are 100% honest and my own, now that that is out of the way keep reading below to hear my review.  I recently tried out this new product, it is the IllumiBowl ! I'll be totally honest with you, at first I wasn't sure what I thought about this product. It turns out that I think it's great! My daughter loved the pretty lights, and my family thought that it was really neat!  The IllumiBowl is a light that attaches to the toilet bowl, it is motion censored so that at night when you go into the bathroom the light will turn on. The light also change colors, when you get to the color you like you can press the button on the side to keep it at that color. Welcome February! With it being the beginning of a new month and all I'm just going to do a little update on my life and what's in store for my blog for this month. First off, as everyone knows Valentine's Day is this month. I have a couple crafts/DIYs with a valentines theme. Also a recipe or two that i am looking forward to posting! Nothing is for sure yet, except for a product review I will be doing sometime the beginning of this month.  As for Youtube, I will hopefully be filming a video sometime before Valentine's Day, providing I am able to make the time to do so haha.
