A-Haunting We Will Go!
First off, Happy Halloween! I can't believe that it's the end of October all ready, I've been so excited all month for today! I hope everyone has fun dressing up, and trick or treating! I know Chloe is definitely excited for getting candy, she loves her costume. I've got just a couple of tips and things to remember for Halloween tonight, here it is-
Remember to light your jack-o-lanterns once it gets dark and turn your outside lights on. Also remember to get whatever you are handing out to the trick or treaters ready and close to the door. Don't forget to take a picture of your kids or pets or friends all dressed up in your costumes! Before you leave to go trick or treating put glow sticks or something that is bright and lights up on so you can be easily seen. Be careful crossing the street and watch for cars. I also recommend taking a grocery bag with you so that your kids can lighten their load of candy if it starts to get heavy for the, especially little ones. Lastly, when you get back from trick or treating, parents remember to check you kids candy for anything unsafe, like opened candy and homemade food and also if your children have any allergies. (And of course sneak a few treats for yourself 😉) .
Have a great night, and get lots of candy. Most of all be safe, whether your going trick or treating, going to a party or going out with your kids. Let me know in the comments what you or your kids are going to be, or what your fun Halloween plans are! I'm going to be posting again tonight or tomorrow morning, or atleast that's the plan! Here's are my kiddos in there costumes-
