Spooky Snacks

I've seen so many cute Halloween snack ideas on Pinterest for kids and adults, here are a few that I found. First is the "nana boo" as Chloe calls it, I cut a banana in half and used chocolate chips to make the ghost face. Chloe loves them, I wanted to used the small chocolate chips but I didn't have any so I used the regular size ones. Next is another snack that Chloe absolutely loved! I used a circle cookie cutter to cut her peanut butter sandwich to be the body of the spider. Them I used pretzel sticks for the legs. I was going to put eyes on the spider but I decided not to, she really liked it.

This next one I think is my favorite of the four, all you need is mini marshmallows, icing, red food coloring and cookies. I used soft chips ahoy cookies ( in the red package) and I cut them in half. I mixed the food coloring and icing to make it red and spread it on the cookie halves. I lined up four mini marshmallows along the rounded part of the cookie and one in the back to keep it balanced. Then I put the top cookie on, there ya have it, it's a mouth! This one Chloe didn't try but I did make her one similar with apple slices, peanut butter and mini marshmallows.

Finally, this one is super simple, a witch's broom stick. More like mini broom stick, I couldn't find the size of peanut butter cups the I was looking for so I got the mini ones. For the stick of the broom I used a pretzel. It's a super yummy combination and really cute! I hope you give some of these a try! Only 1 week left until Halloween, I'm so excited and so is Chloe!
