Logan's Upcoming Birthday

Less then one month until my little man's first birthday! This year has gone by so quickly, it makes me so sad. I miss him being so little, but now that he is bigger he's able to play and say mama, which is super cute! I love watching Chloe and Logan play together, it's so interesting to see them communicating with each other.  If you couldn't tell by the picture above, the theme of his birthday party is Dinosaurs. I have been planning this for a few months now. All I have to do now is decided on what food I am going to have and how I am going to do his cake. I have already gotten his outfit and his present as well. So I'm basically all set.  Unlike Chloe's two birthday parties so far I have decided to have Logan's at my house instead of at my cottage. It will be nice not having to lug a bunch of stuff too and from now. 16 Goals For 2016

This morning I was searching through some YouTube videos, I watched quite a few about goals for 2016. I am so confident that this year is going to be great so I thought I would do a post about some of my goals for 2016 so here they are. I'm going to break them down into a few different categories as well. School 1. Get enough credits to graduate June 2017. 2. Have high enough marks to get into university the universities that I will be applying to. 3. Stop Procrastinating  Home 4. Keep my room clean, especially once I am in my new room. 5. Finish renovations on my new room, Chloe's room and Logan's room. 6. Get more organized. Health 7. Get to my goal weight then start toning up. 8. Start eating better. 9. Work on managing my anxiety. Birthday Pancakes

For my mom's birthday this morning I made her birthday pancakes. I found this idea on Pinterest a while back and thought I would try it. There were all kinds of recipes on Pinterest but here's how I made them. 1 1/4 cup of pancake mix (I used Aunt Jemima original ) 1 cup of milk 1 large egg A little bit of vanilla Sprinkles I mixed all the ingredients in a bowl and poured it in the frying pan to make pancakes. I made fairly large pan cakes, and then a few little ones for Chloe to have. When the pancakes were all done I put them on a plate, put some whipped cream on top and some more sprinkles. Here is what they looked like in the end (keep in mind this is the first time I have ever made pancakes so they don't look too pretty but the top one isn't that bad): They were really good, try making them some time!
